Responsibilities

• Create custom themes and customize existing ones to meet client requirements.
• Develop eCommerce websites and implement payment gateways for seamless transactions.
• Extend the functionality of existing plugins and build new ones.
• Utilize page builders and additional PHP when necessary to construct websites.
• Perform general PHP and WordPress-related tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress plugin and theme development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress Actions/Hooks and its APIs.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
• Familiarity with wp-json.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal direction.
• Experience with WooCommerce and Advanced Custom Fields.
• General frontend skills, including the ability to write custom CSS (a significant plus).

Bonus Points for Familiarity with:

• Page builders such as Elementor and DIVI, including the ability to create custom extensions for them.
• Linux environment.
