How We at Makura Creations Are Embracing AI to Make Work Smarter

At Makura Creations, we’ve always believed in exploring what’s next. As artificial intelligence becomes part of our everyday work, we’ve started experimenting from within. And what better way to start than with our own team?

Recently, we held an internal challenge where team members from different departments — from design and development to marketing, SEO, and management — were asked to create AI agents that help with tasks they deal with daily. The energy and creativity everyone brought to the table were truly inspiring.

Some Ideas That Stood Out

Here are a few highlights from the presentations:

  • AI-Powered SEO Assistant
This agent performs a full website SEO audit — both technical and on-page — and automatically generates a detailed PDF report. It even fetches real-time suggestions using Google’s Gemini model, giving deeper insights.
  • Quotation Generator Agent
After a client shares a brief, this agent reads the document, understands the requirements, prepares a cost estimate using our trained Gemini model, and sends out a professional-looking, branded PDF via email — all done in just a few minutes.
  • Meeting Alert Bot
This tool gathers your schedule for the day and sends WhatsApp alerts 10 minutes before each meeting. It’s a small change but helps a lot with time management.

These are just a few examples, but they clearly show what’s possible when the right ideas meet the right tools.

Why We’re Doing This

The rise of AI isn’t just about replacing jobs — it’s about evolving the way we work. At Makura, we’re helping our team prepare for this shift. Every day, we host short sessions where we introduce a new AI term or concept and talk about how it might apply to our work.

We believe learning and adapting together is the best way forward. If we don’t evolve, we risk falling behind. And we’re not letting that happen.

AI Terms Business Owners Should Know

If you’re also exploring AI or want to know how it can benefit your business, let’s have a conversation. Or, if you’re trying to get found in the world of AI search, check out our AEO services.

We’re excited about what’s ahead — and we’re building it together.
