01 — Workflow
Internal Workflow Automation
Approvals, handoffs, internal notifications and document routing are all handled in the background without anyone thinking about them. Nothing stalls because someone forgot to pass something along.
Business Process Automation
We map your work, find the bottlenecks, and build systems which automate the routine work of your team to seamlessly help you focus on other important decisions.

What We Build
Every business runs differently. These are the six engagements we start for automating your business with an agentic system — starting into one domain then expanding further once your team experiences the difference.
01 — Workflow
Approvals, handoffs, internal notifications and document routing are all handled in the background without anyone thinking about them. Nothing stalls because someone forgot to pass something along.
02 — Sales
Lead capture, enrichment, follow-up sequences, stage updates and reporting are all seamlessly connected inside the CRM or ERP like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or something else your team uses.
03 — Operations
Contracts, welcome sequences, kick-off scheduling and account setup function on their own. Four-day onboarding turns into a calm, automatic first impression.
04 — Integration
Seamless connection between tools for easy viewing of customer data, financials and operations under a single dashboard. Skip copying and pasting across multiple tabs entirely.
05 — Reporting
Intelligent automated dashboards with everyday updates from CRM, accounting, support and project tools — to allow easy team use.
06 — Intelligence
Invoices, contracts, applications and support tickets get read, sorted and routed to the right user and systems — with an update notification only when needed.
Tooling
We build on top of what you already have. If you’ve already invested in a stack, we build on top of it and seamlessly connect the dots rather than starting over.
Don’t see your tool? If it has an API, we can almost certainly work with it.
Ask about your stackNo commitment. No sales pitch.
Spend sixty minutes with us and you’ll leave with a clear, impact driven list of priority operations to automate first. The free audit and list are free of cost, with options to continue and discontinue at your choice.

No mystery, no jargon, no twelve-week discovery phase. Five plain stages to have your business first automation running by week two to week three.
01
We sit with your team, walk through how work gets done from start to finish and identify time leaks. By the end you’ll have a prioritised list of automations ranked by impact and effort.
You walk away with: a one-page audit, ranked by ROI — completely yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
02
We design the architecture, identify right tools, pin vital workflow triggers, identify critical errors and design workflow to let you sign off on a one-page plan to initiate the build plan.
You walk away with: a fixed-price quote and an architecture diagram you actually understand. No scope creep mid-build.
03
We build the workflows, connect the integrations and write the logic that handles the edge cases your process throws up. Everything is tested against real data before it gets anywhere near your live environment.
You walk away with: systems tested on your real data, not toy examples — production-ready and legacy-cases handled.
04
We turn it on, watch it carefully, and walk your team through how it works. You get a written runbook, a short Loom for each workflow, and a direct line to us if anything looks odd.
You walk away with: a runbook your team can actually use, plain-English Looms for every workflow, and 30 days of post-launch support.
05
Once the first system has been running a month or two, we revisit, refine what needs tuning, and look at the next process worth automating. Most clients work with us in seasons, not sprints.
You walk away with: a partner who tunes what’s running and points to what’s worth automating next — only if you find value for money.
Word of Thanks
We never requested testimonials. These came months after the automation went live and felt a worthwhile difference in their day-to-day work.
“
Onboarding new clientele took half of the admin’s work week. Now it’s automated on its own from the moment a customer signs the proposal — our admin dept is actually performing the strategic work they were meant for.
“
I expected a fully AI-driven automation. What I never expected was how thoughtful they were about the decision-making and strategic bits that we should keep human. The Makura team engaged actively in conversation and talked us out of automating things — and they were right.
“
Two weeks after kickoff, support tickets which used to go unanswered for hours were being routed, replied to and resolved in less than five minutes. The team noticed before the notification did.
For a single, well-scoped workflow it usually takes somewhere between a week and a fortnight from the kickoff day. Deep agentic automation engagements with multi-system integrations, document processing, and AI-assisted decisions can run two to four weeks. We’ll update any deadlines and lead times in writing before initiating work.
It would be helpful but not required. We build for non-technical teams to run, document everything in plain English, and record short walkthroughs. If something needs adjusting six months down the line, you can call us or hand the runbook to anyone with admin access.
It’s discussed right from the first-call conversations. We spend an hour with you, look at where time and money quietly leak out, and leave you with a priority list that’s ranked on impact and effort basis. We’ll hand over a list of automations whether or not you work with us.
The bills are fixed on price by project, and scoped after an in-depth audit. A focused single-workflow build typically sits in the low four figures, while a full operational system with integrations and dashboards is quoted on a work-requirement basis. There’s no hourly billing, no surprises mid-project — and we offer a quote right at the start.
The answer is almost yes. We’re tool-agnostic and work on top of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks and most tools which offer a public API. We’ll only suggest a new tool if your current stack genuinely can’t increase efficiency or productivity.
Every project includes thirty days of post-launch support. Our team of experts monitor closely, fix any errors which misbehave, and tweak based on what real-world use teaches us. Afterwards most clients move onto a light monthly retainer or come back when they’re ready to automate the next business or digital process.
Probably not. Smaller teams often see the biggest gains, because there’s no budget for hiring through the bottleneck. If you’ve got a process that’s already eating an hour a day, automating it is almost always worth doing.
